As a technical service provider for gift cards, Gifty maintains two sets of terms. The business terms govern our collaboration with businesses issuing gift cards. The consumer terms apply when purchasing a gift card.
For Businesses
These terms apply to the use of our platform, ordering module and all related services. They govern the technical and commercial aspects of issuing and managing gift cards through Gifty.
For Consumers
These terms apply to the online purchase and use of gift cards from affiliated businesses. They govern the rights and obligations when buying, using or gifting a gift card.
